T2 Trainspotting is a 2017 British dark comic drama dramatization film, set in and around Edinburgh, Scotland. The film is directed by Danny Boyle and written by John Hodge, in view of characters made by Irvine Welsh in his novel Trainspotting and its subsequent Porno. T2 was released in the United Kingdom on 27 January 2017 and will be released worldwide all through February and March 2017.

A continuation of Boyle's 1996 film, Trainspotting, T2 stars the first outfit cast, including Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller, Robert Carlyle, and Kelly Macdonald. T2 is intentionally self-referential, with film-clasps, music and echoes from the primary film. The screenplay depends on Porno, with characters and components lifted from the novel Trainspotting.

Story Line:

Following a quarter century alienation, Mark Renton returns home to Edinburgh from Amsterdam, where he lives with his better half. His dad lives alone since the passing of Mark's mom. Daniel "Spud" Murphy battles with his heroin dependence and its legacy, which impacts on his tolerant accomplice Gail and their child Fergus. Simon "Debilitated Boy" Williamson keeps on carrying on with an existence of wrongdoing and dodgy-managing, acting as proprietor of a bar in Leith called Port Sunshine passed on to him by his close relative, while seeking after a sideline in coercion and developing cannabis plants in the cellar. Francis "Franco" Begbie is serving a 25-year jail sentence and has recently been denied parole because of his brutal temper. Subsequent to going by his dad and halting by his old room, Mark goes to visit Spud at his level, discovering him in a urgent condition; Spud is attempting to confer suicide by taping a plastic pack around his head with sights set on self-suffocation. Stamp separates the entryway and spares Spud, who at first does not welcome the mediation, but rather Mark needs to bail him out of his heroin habit and to accommodate with Simon, who stays furious with Mark for selling out them (however as indicated by Mark, Simon would have done likewise).
